1. Conduct on-site audits and assessments of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company codes of conduct and industry standards.
2. Draft detailed audit reports highlighting non-conformities and areas for improvement.
3. Implement and verify corrective actions with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Develop and implement strategies for risk assessment and mitigation related to subcontractor and supplier compliance.
5. Conduct risk analyses and propose corrective actions for non-compliance.
6. Contribute to the development and updating of company compliance policies and procedures.
7. Promote a culture of compliance within the company and among subcontractors and suppliers.
8. Provide training and support to internal teams on risk management and compliance best practices.
9. Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to strengthen compliance procedures.
10. Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices in compliance.
11. Prepare periodic reports on audit activities and risk levels for management.

1. Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.
2. Professional certifications are advantageous.
3. At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Supply Chain Audit roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

1. Proven experience in managing subcontractor and supplier compliance with a focus on ethical, social, and environmental aspects.
2. Knowledge of Italian Law 231/01 and risk management frameworks.
3. Familiarity with international regulations and industry standards related to the supply chain.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in audit and risk assessment methodologies.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
8. Precision, attention to detail, and integrity.
9. Social and environmental awareness.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
11. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Supply Chain Audit roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.
