Berluti Human Resources Specialist - Operations, CSR & Engagement

- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers within the Operations & Savoir-Faire division, overseeing 90 employees.
- Implement and coordinate Berluti's CSR and Engagement strategy in France and internationally.
- Support managers in daily HR management tasks, including recruitment, development, and organizational reviews.
- Ensure continuous presence in workshops to establish recognition as the HR reference for the division.
- Collaborate with the Talent and Development HR Manager to adapt and deploy necessary development and training actions.
- Contribute to the deployment of Group projects, such as Career Compass, tailored to the division's needs.
- Oversee administrative follow-up for employees, including contracts, leaves, and absences, in collaboration with the Payroll and Personnel Administration team.
- Propose improvements to working conditions in collaboration with General Services, based on DUER assessments.
- Lead the global CSR roadmap for the Maison, identifying and implementing internal CSR actions in France.
- Support regional teams in their CSR strategy through regular and personalized exchanges.
- Act as the key liaison with LVMH Group teams for CSR action follow-up.
- Implement the strategy for transmitting the Maison's savoir-faire in collaboration with LVMH and Métiers d’Excellence teams.
- Actively contribute to engagement projects, including the Pulse survey.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in an industrial or artisanal environment.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficient knowledge of labor law for operational issue management.
- Successful project management experience, ideally in CSR-related projects.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Adaptability, strong listening skills, and confidentiality.
A minimum of 3 years in human resources management, with a preference for experience in industrial or artisanal settings.
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
