1. Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the Executive team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
2. Manage daily HR functions proactively to anticipate and address HR issues.
3. Design and implement streamlined organizational structures, focusing on simplification and cross-functional cooperation.
4. Conduct annual Organizational Management Reviews to support succession planning.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies to minimize legal risks.
6. Oversee payroll processes, budget management, and compensation reviews.
7. Lead talent acquisition, development, and internal communication initiatives.
8. Promote CSR and D&I policies to foster a diverse and equitable workplace culture.
9. Supervise health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
10. Manage general services, including facility maintenance and reception services.

1. Master's degree in HR Management, Law, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.

3. Autonomous with a hands-on attitude and strong analytical skills.
4. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR tools and systems.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing setting.

Master's degree in HR Management, Law, or equivalent.
