Berluti HR Administration & Payroll Manager

- Manage personnel administration ensuring employee records and data integrity, compliance with mandatory communications and legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing, coordinating with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely execution, compliance with laws, and handling employee inquiries.
- Administer employee time and attendance using the Zucchetti system, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare analytical statistics and internal and Group reporting, providing data-driven insights for HR decision-making.
- Oversee employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Support in developing and monitoring the annual budget and revisions in alignment with company and Group guidelines.
- Contribute to the annual salary review and variable compensation process based on performance evaluations.
- Promote and implement innovative HR Information Systems (HRIS) solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct HR cost control analysis.
- Degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in HR Administration, focusing on payroll and budget management.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits, labor legislation, and administrative management.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Agility, proactivity, and attention to detail with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality and effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS systems (knowledge of Zucchetti, SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 7-10 years in HR Administration, with a specific focus on payroll and budget management.
Degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
