- Ensure mastery and application of Berluti's "Selling Ceremony" and "Allure Conversation" by training teams in experiential sales and unique client relationship building.
- Deploy training programs centered around the "Allure Remarquable" collections.
- Facilitate integration programs for new employees, ensuring immersion in Berluti's culture and values.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with store managers, Retail Management, and the International Training Directorate.
- Design in-person, on-field, and digital training programs using best practices and innovative tools.
- Adapt training materials to the specific needs of each boutique.
- Define and implement individual and group coaching programs to support talent development.
- Co-lead with HR the in-store skills assessment program.
- Collaborate closely with the International Training Directorate to align EMEA training strategy with global initiatives of the "Berluti Allure Academy."
- Work with various EMEA departments (Merchandising, CRM, etc.) to ensure cohesive training efforts.
- Measure training impact through KPIs and client experience metrics.
- Provide regular reporting on training activities, results, and areas for improvement.
- Share best practices and field feedback with Headquarters' Merchandising and Training teams.
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the luxury sector, ideally in footwear, leather goods, and/or ready-to-wear in an international context.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and luxury codes.
- Proficiency in training tools and methods.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Italian, German, etc.) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Office Suite, LMS platforms, digital communication tools).
