Berluti Head of Press Relations, International Events, and Influence

- Define and implement the international press strategy and editorial plan aligned with the Maison's key events and launches.
- Coordinate international press teams, including external agencies and internal teams.
- Develop editorial tools such as key messages, press releases, master interviews, and lookbooks.
- Define a global influence strategy aligned with the Maison's objectives.
- Coordinate international influence activations, including digital initiatives, collaborations, and specific campaigns.
- Foster relationships with strategic influencers.
- Lead the production and coordination of international image events, such as Fashion Weeks, product launches, store openings, and LVMH events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure successful event execution.
- Define clear objectives and KPIs for each project.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate the performance of PR and influence actions.
- Propose continuous improvement strategies to optimize results.
- Manage and optimize the press budget with precision.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting to internal teams and the LVMH Group, including press reviews and annual reports.
- Significant experience (8-10 years minimum) in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proven expertise in international press relations and influence strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-visibility events.
- Excellent writing skills in French and English.
- Natural leadership and ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry and ability to understand stakeholder expectations.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational acumen.
- Solid budget management and reporting skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Degree in business, communications, or a related field.
