- Prepare uppers by performing skiving, splitting, marking, and reinforcement application.
- Precisely stitch various parts of the upper using industrial sewing machines, including flatbed and post-bed machines.
- Finish edges and apply accessories with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the quality of finished pieces, maintaining the brand's high standards.
- Address technical issues related to stitching and leatherworking.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve production goals.
- Proven knowledge of stitching techniques and proficiency with key sewing machines specific to the footwear industry (flatbed, post-bed).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in footwear preparation, stitching, and quality control.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new techniques and production processes.
- Teamwork orientation.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury manufacturing environment, specifically in footwear stitching and finishing.
