1. Prepare uppers by performing skiving, splitting, marking, and reinforcement application.
2. Precisely stitch various parts of the upper using industrial sewing machines, including flatbed and post-bed machines.
3. Finish edges and apply accessories to the footwear.
4. Ensure the quality of finished pieces, maintaining precision and attention to detail to meet Berluti's high standards.
5. Address technical issues related to stitching and leatherworking.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
7. Collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve manufacturing goals.

1. Proven expertise in stitching techniques and proficiency in operating specific footwear industry sewing machines, such as flatbed and post-bed machines.
2. Experience in footwear preparation, stitching, and quality control.
3. Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to new techniques and production processes.

At least 3 years of experience in luxury manufacturing environments with a focus on footwear.
