1. Prepare uppers by performing operations such as skiving, splitting, marking, and applying reinforcements.
2. Precisely stitch various parts of the upper using industrial sewing machines, including flatbed and post-bed machines.
3. Handle the finishing of edges and application of accessories.
4. Verify the quality of worked pieces, ensuring precision and attention to detail, and that each piece meets the company's quality standards.
5. Resolve technical issues related to stitching and leather processing.
6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment.
7. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve production goals.

1. Proven knowledge of stitching techniques and proficiency in using key sewing machines specific to the footwear industry (flatbed, post-bed).
2. Experience in footwear preparation, stitching, and quality control.
3. Attention to detail and precision in work.
4. Flexibility and ability to adapt to new techniques and production processes.
5. Teamwork orientation.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury manufacturing environments, particularly in footwear stitching and quality control.
