Berluti Footwear Production Stitching Specialist

- Prepare uppers by performing operations such as skiving, splitting, marking, and applying reinforcements.
- Precisely stitch various parts of the upper using industrial sewing machines, including flatbed and post-bed machines.
- Handle the finishing of edges and application of accessories.
- Verify the quality of worked pieces, ensuring precision and attention to detail, and that each piece meets the company's quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues related to stitching and leather processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve production goals.
- Proven knowledge of stitching techniques and proficiency in using key sewing machines specific to the footwear industry (flatbed, post-bed).
- Experience in footwear preparation, stitching, and quality control.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
