Berluti Footwear Production Specialist
Berluti, the only men's Maison within the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895 by Italian Alessandro Berluti. Initially renowned for bespoke footwear crafted by four generations of shoemakers, the Maison now offers a comprehensive wardrobe for the modern man, including ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories, and exceptional items. With over 60 stores worldwide and a unique bespoke service available through its workshops on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless savoir-faire, and cutting-edge technique.
- Execute one or more phases of the footwear assembly process with skill and autonomy, including the application of heel counters and toe caps.
- Shape the upper.
- Close the heels and remove excess material.
- Insert filler for waterproofing and comfort.
- Adhere the upper to the sole.
- Sew the sole and trim excess material.
- Finish the shoe, including sole coloring and detail application.
- Clean the product.
- Proven experience in footwear assembly, preferably in men's footwear.
- Knowledge of specific techniques and materials used in footwear assembly (e.g., cemented, Blake, Goodyear, luxury materials).
- Flexibility and adaptability to new techniques and production processes, with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Promptness and ability to react to unforeseen circumstances with a problem-solving approach.
- Keen attention to detail and quality, adhering to Berluti's brand standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating within production cells to achieve common goals.
- Previous experience in managing a team is considered an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in footwear assembly is required.
Direct employment with the company, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
