Berluti Footwear Industrialization Planner

- Analyze validated collections for the upcoming season to launch industrialization counter-sample production.
- Manage and order materials for industrialization counter-sample production, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with the Purchasing Office.
- Monitor counter-sample production in the Prototyping department and coordinate activities with industrial model makers.
- Verify alignment between industrialization counter-samples and validated collections.
- Create a physical archive of industrialization counter-samples.
- Prepare provisional technical sheets for work cycle insertion.
- Compile and monitor weekly industrialization reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external manufacturers for activity scheduling, material preparation, and dispatch.
- Order necessary materials and semi-finished products and oversee progress checks.
- Create ODP (Production Order) tags for industrialization activities.
- Organize prototype validation meetings and conformity tests, creating corresponding reports.
- Develop final technical sheets and master archives for materials and finished products.
- Supervise the progress of Test à Porter.
- Degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Previous experience in industrialization and/or planning roles.
- Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SAP.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Time management capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrialization or planning roles.
Degree in Engineering or Economics.
