Berluti, the sole masculine Maison within the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895 by Italian Alessandro Berluti. Initially focusing on bespoke footwear crafted by four generations of shoemakers, the Maison now offers a comprehensive wardrobe for the modern man, including ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories, and exceptional items. With over 60 stores worldwide and a unique bespoke service available through its ateliers on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless savoir-faire, and cutting-edge technique.
- Develop technical skills and enhance interpersonal abilities to confidently tackle daily challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Engage in a study on eco-sustainable reinforcements, creating a database of used reinforcements, evaluating sustainability, and researching sustainable alternatives in collaboration with suppliers.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the foot anatomy of selected participants to optimize and refine shoe fitting, ensuring design meets diverse ergonomic needs.
- Accurately interpret feedback received during testing phases to implement targeted product improvements.
- Identify new testers who can contribute to the development process with their specific physical characteristics and personal preferences.
- Manage operational aspects of shipments and monitor raw material orders.
- Assist in managing product testing (TAP).
- Select, evaluate, and deliver products for Employee Sales (VAP).
- Support logistical organization of technical meetings.
- Aid the Modeling team in preparing technical materials.
- Work alongside the Specialist Technician in the development and industrialization phases.
- Technical or fashion diploma
- Interest in the fashion sector, particularly footwear
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Organizational skills, deadline adherence, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
- Good command of the English language
