Berluti Financial Business Controller

Berluti, the only men's House in the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895. It has grown through four generations, focusing on excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, leather goods, and patina. In 2005, Berluti launched its leather goods collection, followed by a ready-to-wear collection in 2011. Today, Berluti offers innovative lifestyle collections of clothing, shoes, and accessories, maintaining the Berluti spirit.

1. Complete monthly and annual closings, validate and analyze results, and ensure LVMH reporting deadlines are met.
2. Act as the liaison between Joint Venture Partner accounting teams and the central Finance team in Paris.
3. Oversee budget and forecast preparation, establish KPIs, and provide dynamic analyses.
4. Analyze performance of points of sale, products, and investments.
5. Organize and monitor store inventories.
6. Provide operational financial support and interface with financial and accounting teams.
7. Supervise statutory audits and ensure all requested documentation is submitted.
8. Monitor internal control and supervise the LVMH Internal Control campaign.
9. Supervise business review presentations and support key presentations to top management.

1. At least 5 years of strong experience in operational finance (management control, financial control, audit, or consolidation).

1. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
3. Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to work independently and proactively.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Minimum of 5 years in operational finance roles such as management control, financial control, audit, or consolidation.
