Berluti Financial Business Controller

- Oversee monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to LVMH reporting deadlines.
- Collaborate with local accounting teams to validate and analyze monthly results, addressing any unforeseen variations.
- Serve as the liaison between joint venture partner accounting teams and the central finance team in Paris.
- Lead the preparation and revision of budgets, establishing KPIs and providing dynamic analyses to support regional performance.
- Analyze performance metrics across points of sale, products, and investments, and manage store inventories.
- Provide operational financial support, including invoice submission, payment processing, and provision calculations.
- Maintain relationships with local administrations such as banks, suppliers, and tax authorities.
- Supervise statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of documentation and organizing regular meetings with auditors.
- Support retail operations by monitoring daily activities, validating expenditure commitments, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor and supervise internal control processes, ensuring compliance with LVMH standards and updating procedures as needed.
- Prepare and present financial reports for business reviews and support key presentations to top management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational finance, including management control, financial control, audit, or consolidation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
At least 5 years of robust experience in operational finance, including management control, financial control, audit, or consolidation.
