1. Prepare and coordinate budget and forecasts with department heads, aligning with company strategy.
2. Analyze financial performance reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
3. Monitor and report sales and expense variances to management.
4. Conduct monthly financial closing in collaboration with market accounting teams.
5. Provide analysis on financial variations to headquarters.
6. Prepare monthly sales, P&L, and KPI reports for local management.
7. Conduct periodic sales analysis and reporting.
8. Assist in stock-taking processes and store audits.
9. Maintain and analyze internal control KPIs, such as inventory adjustments and stock depreciation.
10. Collaborate with retail teams on internal control procedures.

1. Degree in Finance or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance and Controlling.

3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
5. Team player with flexibility and open-mindedness.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Controlling is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
