1. Oversee SAP Finance and Distribution systems, ensuring operational maintenance and implementation (FI/CO, SD/MM modules).
2. Supervise external partners and development teams.
3. Manage an extended application scope, including Generix GCS WMS, Esker (P2P), Concur, and PLM applications.
4. Lead project management activities, including drafting specifications, establishing timelines, and ensuring project delivery within budget and time constraints.
5. Ensure Security and Privacy by design in all projects.
6. Conduct quality assurance testing prior to project launches.
7. Provide maintenance and support (N2/N3) for business applications.
8. Oversee partners and collaborate with LVMH Centers of Excellence.
9. Facilitate the adoption of digital collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
10. Develop and monitor budgets (Opex and Capex).
11. Participate in IT steering committees and report to management.
12. Define and track KPIs, manage risks, and contribute to business continuity planning.
13. Engage in technological innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
14. Support users in adopting new tools and processes.
15. Collaborate closely with business, IT teams, and LVMH Expertise Centers.

1. Advanced degree (Master's level) in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in SAP project management.

1. Expertise in SAP SD/MM and FI/CO modules.
2. Successful experience in ECC to S/4 HANA migration is highly advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on SAP project management.

Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
