Berluti Executive Assistant

- Assist the Administrative and Financial Director, as well as two other Executive Committee members, including the International Director and the General Manager for Europe and the Middle East.
- Manage calendars, schedule and organize appointments and meetings, and prepare and distribute preparatory documents.
- Organize business travel, including transportation and accommodation bookings, coordinate with subsidiaries for market visit agendas, and handle visa applications and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare expense reports, receive and validate invoices, screen phone calls, handle correspondence, and welcome visitors.
- Contribute to the organization of seminars and other events/meetings arranged by the International, Administrative and Financial, and Europe-Middle East departments.
- Coordinate legal secretariat tasks.
- Assist in the creation of accounts for new suppliers in the Europe-Middle East region.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
- Serve as the point of contact for General Services for the site housing the International, Administrative and Financial, and Europe-Middle East departments.
- Manage office supplies and other work materials/tools/subscriptions, oversee maintenance and operational services for the premises.
- Participate in workspace planning and optimization projects.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in executive assistance.

- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain rigor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
