Berluti, a distinguished French maison under the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895. 1. Facilitate circularity action plans, particularly for unsold items and material remnants.
2. Manage the end-of-life process for unsold items in Europe with circular partners.
3. Identify and develop channels for unsold items globally.
4. Oversee continuous improvement plans for packaging.
5. Update packaging standards and monitor continuous improvement plans.
6. Support teams to achieve 100% certified or recycled materials by 2026.
7. Implement regulatory and innovation monitoring.
8. Establish and monitor partnerships for carbon and biodiversity contributions.
9. Participate in market analysis for carbon/biodiversity credits.
10. Identify partners related to the supply chain and implement partnership projects.
11. Contribute to environmental project communication.
12. Draft and animate the monthly newsletter and contribute to the quarterly Environment Committee content.
13. Engage the community of committed employees and train staff on climate, biodiversity, and resource issues.
14. Collect data for eco-organizations.

1. Currently in the second year of an engineering program.
2. Interest in Berluti products and environmental issues.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
2. Attention to detail and curiosity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
5. Experience as a Climate Fresk facilitator is a plus.

Entry-level, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing an engineering degree.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements with locations in Paris 8th arrondissement and regular travel to the service workshop in Aubervilliers.
