Berluti Environmental Project Assistant
Berluti, a distinguished French maison under the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895. - Facilitate circularity action plans, particularly for unsold items and material remnants.
- Manage the end-of-life process for unsold items in Europe with circular partners.
- Identify and develop channels for unsold items globally.
- Oversee continuous improvement plans for packaging.
- Update packaging standards and monitor continuous improvement plans.
- Support teams to achieve 100% certified or recycled materials by 2026.
- Implement regulatory and innovation monitoring.
- Establish and monitor partnerships for carbon and biodiversity contributions.
- Participate in market analysis for carbon/biodiversity credits.
- Identify partners related to the supply chain and implement partnership projects.
- Contribute to environmental project communication.
- Draft and animate the monthly newsletter and contribute to the quarterly Environment Committee content.
- Engage the community of committed employees and train staff on climate, biodiversity, and resource issues.
- Collect data for eco-organizations.
- Currently in the second year of an engineering program.
- Interest in Berluti products and environmental issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
- Attention to detail and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Experience as a Climate Fresk facilitator is a plus.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing an engineering degree.
The role offers hybrid working arrangements with locations in Paris 8th arrondissement and regular travel to the service workshop in Aubervilliers.
