Berluti EMEA Client Development Manager

- Define and lead the CRM strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with the central CRM direction and business vision.
- Analyze customer databases to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted actions to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Establish KPIs, monitor CRM performance, and provide regular reports with optimization recommendations.
- Propose continuous improvements for CRM tools and processes in collaboration with IT and data teams.
- Identify and develop external partnerships to acquire high-potential new clients.
- Implement tailored CRM action plans in collaboration with boutiques and headquarters teams.
- Train and support EMEA sales teams in CRM tool usage and customer relationship management.
- Foster a client-centric culture and collaborate with the Retail Training Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Design, plan, and coordinate omnichannel CRM campaigns to recruit, retain, and increase customer value.
- Participate in the design and coordination of client events to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure personalized communications and monitor the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Maison's Communication teams to ensure message consistency and brand highlights.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury or masculine-oriented sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Business and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to meeting customer expectations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in managing customer data and measuring business impact.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Arabic, or German is advantageous.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
- Aptitude for numbers and data analysis.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury or retail sector, with a focus on CRM and client development.
