1. Define and lead the CRM strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with the central CRM direction and business vision.
2. Analyze customer databases to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted actions to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
3. Establish KPIs, monitor CRM performance, and provide regular reports with optimization recommendations.
4. Propose continuous improvements for CRM tools and processes in collaboration with IT and data teams.
5. Identify and develop external partnerships to acquire high-potential new clients.
6. Implement tailored CRM action plans in collaboration with boutiques and headquarters teams.
7. Train and support EMEA sales teams in CRM tool usage and customer relationship management.
8. Foster a client-centric culture and collaborate with the Retail Training Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
9. Design, plan, and coordinate omnichannel CRM campaigns to recruit, retain, and increase customer value.
10. Participate in the design and coordination of client events to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
11. Ensure personalized communications and monitor the customer journey.
12. Collaborate with the Maison's Communication teams to ensure message consistency and brand highlights.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury or masculine-oriented sectors.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
3. Business and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
4. Client-focused with a strong commitment to meeting customer expectations.
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in managing customer data and measuring business impact.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Arabic, or German is advantageous.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
3. Aptitude for numbers and data analysis.
