Berluti E-Commerce Project Assistant Intern

- Collaborate with the e-commerce team on website development projects, including drafting functional specifications, overseeing testing phases, and managing production launches.
- Conduct analytical reviews of daily site activities, focusing on e-commerce performance and customer journey analysis.
- Manage daily site maintenance tasks.
- Monitor order processing and fraud detection.
- Establish and maintain key contacts with internal departments such as Communication, IT, and CRM, as well as external partners.
- Bachelor's degree level 4/5 in Business School or equivalent.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- E-commerce/Web Marketing profile with a keen interest in digital trends and luxury fashion.
- Previous experience in e-commerce management or web project management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to synthesize and analyze information.
- Organizational skills, curiosity, autonomy, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is a plus.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for those with prior exposure to e-commerce or web project management.
Bachelor's degree level 4/5 in Business School or equivalent.
