Berluti E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

- Ensure the accurate picking of products from Parisian boutiques and manage restock receptions in compliance with Berluti's quality standards.
- Maintain optimal organization of the preparation and storage areas for packaging and products awaiting preparation.
- Receive products via internal shuttle and external carriers, ensuring quality control of items dispatched to clients and returned to boutiques.
- Prepare orders adhering to quality standards and expected timelines.
- Participate in the reception and organization of E-commerce merchandise.
- Manage returns, including quality control, repackaging, labeling, and transfers to boutiques.
- Oversee daily collection of parcels by carriers.
- Receive, control, organize, and record packaging deliveries within the system efficiently.
- Monitor and manage E-commerce packaging stock, including weekly system updates, inventories, and alerting the team on stock shortages.
- Control, organize, and track shipments to quality/repair workshops and manage return schedules.
- Manage supply stocks related to shipments, including requests, team validation, and order reception.
- Regularly communicate and report updates to the operations team.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High reactivity and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities autonomously
- Team spirit
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Cegid is advantageous
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
