- Assist in the development and enhancement of the e-commerce platform.
- Draft functional specifications and oversee testing phases and production launches.
- Conduct analytical reviews of daily site activities, focusing on e-commerce performance and customer journey analysis.
- Manage daily site maintenance and oversee order processing and fraud monitoring.
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams such as Communication, IT, and CRM, as well as external partners.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and web marketing trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Organizational skills with a high degree of curiosity and autonomy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is advantageous.
Entry-level; previous experience in e-commerce management or web project management is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
