Berluti E-Commerce Assistant Intern

- Collaborate with the e-commerce team on website development projects, including drafting functional specifications, overseeing testing phases, and managing production deployment.
- Conduct analytical monitoring of daily website activities, focusing on e-commerce performance and customer journey analysis.
- Manage daily site maintenance.
- Oversee order processing and fraud monitoring.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Communication, IT, and CRM teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Background in E-commerce/Web Marketing with a keen interest in digital trends and luxury fashion.
- Previous experience in e-commerce management or web project management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.

- Curiosity and autonomy.
- Confidentiality adherence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is a plus.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure to e-commerce or web project management is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
