Berluti CRM Assistant Intern
Berluti, the distinguished men's Maison within the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. Berluti operates nearly 70 self-managed boutiques across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia, alongside approximately 30 franchised points of sale with varying degrees of customization.
- Support CRM analyses through monthly updates of customer indicators by boutique.
- Participate in the development of CRM action plans for each boutique.
- Act as the liaison for European boutiques regarding CRM tool needs and centralize requirements.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and projects in boutiques.
- Supervise newsletter dispatches in close collaboration with the central CRM service.
- Coordinate client events within the retail network.
- Serve as the operational relay for boutiques in event implementation.
- Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analyses of the 'customer experience' through tools like Voices and mystery shopping.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
- Proactive and dynamic approach.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for recent graduates or those new to the field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
