Berluti CRM Assistant Intern

- Assist the CRM and Events Manager in enhancing the Berluti customer experience across 13 boutiques in Europe and the Middle East.
- Support CRM analyses by updating monthly customer indicators per boutique.
- Participate in developing CRM action plans for each boutique.
- Act as the liaison for European boutiques regarding CRM tools and consolidate their needs.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and projects in boutiques.
- Oversee newsletter dispatches in collaboration with the central CRM service.
- Coordinate client events within the retail network and serve as the operational contact for event execution.
- Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analyses of the 'customer experience,' including feedback and mystery shopping.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and quick thinking.
