1. Assist the CRM and Events Manager in enhancing the Berluti customer experience across 13 boutiques in Europe and the Middle East.
2. Support CRM analyses by updating monthly customer indicators per boutique.
3. Participate in developing CRM action plans for each boutique.
4. Act as the liaison for European boutiques regarding CRM tools and consolidate their needs.
5. Support the implementation of digital tools and projects in boutiques.
6. Oversee newsletter dispatches in collaboration with the central CRM service.
7. Coordinate client events within the retail network and serve as the operational contact for event execution.
8. Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analyses of the 'customer experience,' including feedback and mystery shopping.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university.
2. Fluent in English.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commercial acumen and quick thinking.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
