Berluti CRM and Sales Merchandising Specialist

- Conduct comprehensive customer-centric analyses to understand customer journeys, segmentation, recruitment, retention, and frequency, and propose actionable plans based on these insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of action plans to refine future strategies.
- Support the overall management of the customer database, including data entry and KPI objectives for each store.
- Develop and implement clienteling action plans tailored to market events and commercial activities.
- Prepare and adapt newsletters for the American market, considering local needs, activities, and offerings.
- Oversee customer gifting processes in coordination with Paris and NYC offices, including development, receipt, and delivery of gifts.
- Organize and coordinate in-store events.
- Prepare and present sales reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually by store, category, product, and function using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conduct competitive market analysis seasonally and prepare reports on trends, pricing, actions, and events.
- Collaborate with stores on client reservations and coordinate product transfers within the region.
- Create seasonal launch plans for each store to ensure visibility of upcoming product offerings.
- Update the regional commercial calendar in line with product launches and activities.
- Manage online product offerings, activating and deactivating ranges based on purchases for the American market.
- Prepare training guidelines and tools for retail stores.
- Coordinate press requests with the New York-based press agency and the Paris VIP team.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Merchandising and/or CRM
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in merchandising and/or CRM, with a strong analytical mindset and familiarity with retail KPIs.
