Berluti Continuous Improvement Trainee

Berluti operates approximately 70 directly managed boutiques globally, alongside 30 franchise locations, each offering bespoke levels of customization.

1. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to develop innovation and process improvement projects.
2. Utilize SAP for creating and modifying production cycles and information records.
3. Analyze and optimize production processes using Lean Production methodologies.
4. Define production cycles, determining time and methods through specific measurement systems.
5. Enhance work methods and establish standard work procedures for internal and external departments.
6. Optimize factory layouts and workflows.
7. Implement software applications for process improvement, data analysis, KPI monitoring, and customized dashboard creation.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing methods.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with applications such as PowerApp, PowerBI, and other data analysis and dashboard creation tools.
3. Understanding of generative Artificial Intelligence functionalities.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze, and synthesize information.
5. Result-oriented mindset.
6. Teamwork skills and ability to interact across various organizational levels.

No prior experience required.

Pursuing a degree in Computer, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Monthly stipend of €800 and free internal dining facilities.
