Berluti Content Production Assistant Intern

- Assist the Brand Content Producer in coordinating production campaigns with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Manage booking of participants including agencies, talents, glam teams, stylists, models, and catering services.
- Liaise with logistics, general services, marketing, production, and visual merchandising teams.
- Oversee the internal validation process and maintain communication with agencies, publishers, and talents.
- Organize pre-production operations such as booking venues, preparing styling sessions, organizing castings, and managing product listings.
- Coordinate travel logistics including hotel bookings and transfers.
- Support production logistics during shoots, ensuring product management and tracking.
- Facilitate post-production processes and deliverables, including retouching feedback and collaboration with marketing teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and maintaining the annual production schedule.
- Educational background in production or audiovisual fields.
- Previous experience in managing production of shoots, campaigns, or image content, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong adaptability and reactivity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for interaction with various internal departments.
- Fluency in English.
- Interest and skill in photography.
A foundational experience in production management, particularly in fashion or luxury sectors, is required.
Degree in production or audiovisual studies.
