Berluti Content Production Assistant Intern

Berluti, the unique men's Maison of the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. Over four generations, Berluti has cultivated excellence and craftsmanship in footwear, expanding into leather goods in 2005 and ready-to-wear collections in 2011. 1. Assist the Brand Content and Identity Manager with campaign production.
2. Book agencies, talents, glam teams, stylists, models, and catering.
3. Coordinate with logistics, general services, marketing, production, and visual merchandising teams.
4. Manage internal validation processes.
5. Facilitate communication with agencies, editors, and talents.
6. Organize preproduction activities, including booking venues and preparing styling sessions.
7. Handle travel logistics such as hotel bookings and transfers.
8. Oversee production logistics during shoots.
9. Manage post-production and deliver elements to relevant teams.
10. Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
11. Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing.
12. Manage the annual production schedule.

1. Background in production or audiovisual studies.
2. First successful experience in production of shoots or campaigns, preferably in fashion or luxury.

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
2. Adaptability and reactivity.
3. Excellent oral and written communication.
4. Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with various internal stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Interest in photography and photo-taking.

Entry-level experience required.

Training on the history and values of Berluti and product knowledge upon arrival.
