Berluti Collection Merchandising Assistant

- Assist in the development of collection briefs, including key figures presentation and competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to product strategy formulation and detailed structure recommendations.
- Coordinate with the studio for collection development stages, ensuring adherence to briefs and cost-effective design approaches.
- Prepare collection documents such as buying plans and model posters.
- Participate in the completion of the Product Information Management system.
- Manage prototype/sample loans and support coordination of various photoshoots.
- Verify and update codifications in internal systems, ensuring accuracy during showroom periods.
- Conduct competitive price benchmarking and define retail price targets and margins.
- Prepare and present tools for validation committees.
- Organize showroom preparations and collection presentations, including sales aids and commercial notes.
- Develop training materials, including collection books and cross-sell propositions.
- Prepare seasonal activity reports and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking.
- Coordinate diverse requests for prototypes across departments such as press, wholesale, and e-commerce.
- Enrollment in a business or fashion school with a specialization in fashion.
- A minimum of six months of relevant experience.
- Strong affinity for luxury and men's fashion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English language skills.
A minimum of six months of experience in a related field is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or fashion with a specialization in fashion.
