Berluti Collection Merchandising Assistant Intern

- Assist in the development of collection briefs, including key figures presentation and competitive benchmarking.
- Support the product strategy formulation and detailed structure recommendation by product function.
- Coordinate with the studio and development team on collection development stages, ensuring adherence to briefs and cost-effective design approaches.
- Prepare collection documents such as buying plans and model posters, and participate in the completion of the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Manage prototype/sample loans internally and support coordination of various photoshoots.
- Verify and update product codifications in the internal system and process IT extracts in SAP format.
- Conduct competitive price benchmarking and define retail price targets and margins.
- Prepare showroom presentations, sales tools, and commercial notes, and execute launch plans by delivery groups.
- Create a collection book detailing product features, customer benefits, and cross-sell propositions, and present during training sessions.
- Prepare seasonal activity reports and conduct ad-hoc benchmarks as needed.
- Coordinate diverse requests for prototypes across press, wholesale, training, and e-commerce channels.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in fashion.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong affinity for the luxury and men's fashion sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in fashion.
