Berluti Collection Merchandising Assistant Intern

- Assist in the preparation of collection briefs, including key figures presentation and competitive benchmarking.
- Support the development of collections with the Studio and Development team, ensuring adherence to briefs and cost-effective design approaches.
- Create and manage collection documents such as buying plans and model posters.
- Participate in the completion of the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Coordinate prototype/sample loans and support various internal departments.
- Verify and update codifications in the internal system and manage data extraction for SAP.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and define retail price targets and margins.
- Prepare showroom presentations and sales tools, and draft commercial notes.
- Develop training materials, including collection books and cross-sell proposals.
- Prepare seasonal activity reports and conduct ad-hoc benchmarks.
- Coordinate shooting requests across departments, managing prototype availability.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in fashion.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong affinity for the luxury and men's fashion sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in fashion.
