Berluti Clienteling Project Manager

- Define and implement Clienteling action plans to enhance customer relationships.
- Develop and optimize Clienteling tools, including retail/clienteling applications like KIT and WeCom for the Chinese market.
- Create and deliver content for Clienteling campaigns.
- Adapt and develop CRM strategies tailored to local market specifics, such as Line in Japan and WeChat in China.
- Establish CRM challenges to improve customer and prospect performance across specific targets.
- Maintain CRM data quality and update calculation rules.
- Train retail teams to enhance customer experience through clienteling tools.
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop tailored training programs.
- Monitor digital projects in boutiques and ensure their proper implementation by retail teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel.
- Expertise in Salesforce environment is highly recommended.
- Degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- Mastery of CRM tools and Clienteling applications.
- Strong knowledge of international markets and local CRM practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively in multicultural contexts.
- Autonomous and proactive project management capabilities with a strong initiative-taking ability.
- Empathy and sensitivity to customer needs with a strong client orientation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of retail sector dynamics with the ability to anticipate and respond to market and regional needs.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
