1. Ensure excellence in client experience from initial brand contact to in-store purchase completion.
2. Develop gift editions and offerings for clients across various markets, ensuring production follow-up, local implementation, and adherence to retail timelines.
3. Lead client events across the network in collaboration with markets, including service selection, budget definition, targeting, vendor supervision, communication tool development (e-invitations/invitations), and post-event ROI analysis.
4. Cultivate privileged relationships with internal stakeholders (communication, visual merchandising, IS&T, and local retail departments) and external partners (vendors and agencies).

1. Degree from a business school or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent communication and editorial skills.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Autonomy and proactive approach.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Degree from a business school or equivalent qualification.
