- Assist the Clienteling & CRM Campaigns Manager in developing and implementing clienteling strategies.
- Participate in the development of the Clienteling application.
- Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate content creation with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IS&T team to ensure data quality for campaigns.
- Work with external agencies to maintain and improve applications.
- Conduct monthly KPI reporting and ad hoc studies for market support.
- Support project implementation to enhance market development and performance.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and synthesis ability.
- Strong communication skills.
- High degree of autonomy and proactivity.
