1. Support CRM analyses by updating monthly client indicators per boutique.
2. Participate in developing CRM action plans for each boutique.
3. Act as the point of contact for European boutiques regarding CRM tools and centralize their needs.
4. Support the implementation of digital tools and projects in boutiques.
5. Oversee newsletter dispatches in collaboration with the central CRM service.
6. Coordinate client events within the retail network.
7. Serve as the operational liaison for boutiques in event execution.
8. Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analyses of the client experience, including feedback and mystery shopping.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
5. Sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
