The brand is synonymous with excellence, with a global presence spanning Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia through a network of nearly 70 self-managed boutiques and 30 franchised points of sale.

1. Assist the CRM and Events Manager in enhancing the Berluti client experience across 13 boutiques in Europe and the Middle East.
2. Support CRM analysis through monthly updates of client indicators per boutique.
3. Contribute to the development of CRM action plans for each boutique.
4. Serve as the main contact for European boutiques regarding CRM tools and centralize their needs.
5. Aid in the implementation of digital tools and projects within boutiques.
6. Oversee newsletter dispatches in collaboration with the central CRM team.
7. Coordinate client events within the retail network and act as the operational liaison for boutiques during event execution.
8. Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analyses of the client experience, including feedback and mystery shopping.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Fluency in English.

4. Commercial acumen and agility.
5. Sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.

Entry-level experience suitable for recent graduates or students in their final year of study.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.

Interns will gain valuable experience in the luxury fashion sector, working closely with various internal stakeholders, including managers and sales advisors, as well as the Marketing, CRM, and Communication teams.
