With a global presence, Berluti operates nearly 70 boutiques across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia, alongside approximately 30 franchised points of sale, each embodying the Maison's commitment to bespoke luxury and innovation.

1. Assist the CRM and Events Manager in enhancing the Berluti client experience across 13 boutiques in Europe and the Middle East.
2. Support CRM analysis by updating monthly client indicators per boutique.
3. Contribute to the development of CRM action plans for each boutique.
4. Serve as the point of contact for European boutiques regarding CRM tools and centralize their needs.
5. Aid in the implementation of digital tools and projects within boutiques.
6. Oversee newsletter dispatches in collaboration with the central CRM team.
7. Coordinate client events within the retail network and act as the operational liaison for event execution.
8. Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analyses of the client experience, including feedback and mystery shopping.
9. Engage with internal stakeholders, including managers, sales advisors, marketing, CRM, and communication teams.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent from a top-tier institution.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and synthesis skills.
3. Strong affinity for the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
4. Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and adaptability.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal professional experience.
