1. Assist in the development and strategy of the contact plan to enhance client engagement.
2. Manage cross-functional coordination from conception to execution of CRM campaigns, collaborating with partners and markets.
3. Optimize content performance through creative A/B testing and conduct competitive analysis to inspire future campaigns.
4. Analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate and update the client event schedule with markets.
6. Participate in managing client events across the network, including vendor selection and invitations.
7. Conduct analyses and reporting related to client events, including participation rates and revenue generated.
8. Oversee the production and distribution of client gifts, ensuring timely delivery across markets.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce and Dartagnan is advantageous.
3. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills and a penchant for interpersonal interaction.

Beginner level experience is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
