1. Represent the brand to customers and contribute to achieving store objectives.
2. Induce customer purchases and foster satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Provide exceptional customer service following company-defined standards.
4. Support the Store Manager in store operations.
5. Perform daily sales work and client servicing according to company guidelines.
6. Complete sales transactions and adapt products to meet customer needs.
7. Provide pre- and post-sale assistance to enhance the brand's image.
8. Ensure after-sales service aligns with company standards.
9. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with managerial support.
11. Follow up with customers to build relationships and cultivate desire.
12. Manage customer portfolios through the Client Book and CRM actions.
13. Maintain merchandise, store displays, and overall store appearance.
14. Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and collections.
15. Forward customer requests and feedback to the Store Manager.
16. Assist in store operations activities, including reporting and inventory management.
17. Support projects and perform ad hoc duties such as stocktaking.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in luxury fashion.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Knowledge of fashion and luxury trends.
3. Ability to adapt and customize sales approaches.
4. Familiarity with luxury CRM and customer management practices.
5. Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
