1. Execute daily sales and client service in alignment with company standards and guidelines.
2. Achieve sales targets by tailoring product offerings to customer needs, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
3. Address customer inquiries and complaints with managerial support.
4. Cultivate relationships with customers, including follow-ups with purchasers and potential clients, to enhance service experience and drive future sales.
5. Maintain merchandise, store, and displays in pristine condition as per company guidelines.
6. Relay customer feedback and requests to the Store Manager or Store in charge.
7. Assist in store operations, including reporting, inventory management, and stockroom management.

1. Post-secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years' working experience in the luxury fashion industry

2. Self-motivated and mature with strong team collaboration skills
3. Exceptional selling and clienteling capabilities
4. Outstanding communication and storytelling proficiency

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector.
