- Serve as a brand ambassador for Berluti at Bergdorf Goodman, ensuring the Maison's values and standards are upheld.
- Lead sales efforts on the floor, collaborating with the Bergdorf Goodman team to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop outreach strategies for new merchandise in partnership with Bergdorf Goodman sales staff.
- Provide expert product knowledge and support after-sales services in line with Berluti's values.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store conditions as directed by Berluti HQ.
- Collaborate with wholesale and supply chain teams in Paris and the regional office in New York.
- Welcome and convert visitors into loyal customers, delivering an extraordinary Berluti experience.
- Build and maintain a strong clientele, leveraging Berluti's history and technical expertise.
- Drive sales to meet monthly, seasonal, and annual targets, improving sell-through rates.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, cultivating client relationships and managing CRM records.
- Participate in inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and readiness.
- Engage in continuous training and development, educating sales staff on new collections and products.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Agility and a positive mindset with strong cross-selling skills.
- Action-oriented with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic are advantageous.

Hourly salary ranging from USD $23.00 to $25.00, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
