1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Utilize product knowledge and brand history to enhance the selling ceremony and foster client loyalty.
3. Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
4. Expand and manage a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to strengthen relationships and drive business.
5. Coordinate shipping, alterations, and repairs for clients.
6. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store aesthetics.
7. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong business acumen and passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate between USD $28.00-$30.00, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
