- Serve as a brand ambassador for Berluti at Bergdorf Goodman, ensuring the Maison's values and standards are upheld.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and collaborating with the Bergdorf Goodman team.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies for new merchandise in partnership with the Bergdorf Goodman sales team.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service in alignment with Berluti's values.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store condition as directed by headquarters.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, transforming visitors into loyal customers through exceptional service.
- Achieve sales targets and improve seasonal sell-through rates.
- Manage stock operations, including inventory counts and supply restocking.
- Engage in continuous training and development of sales staff on new collections and product knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Agility and a positive mindset with excellent cross-selling skills.
- Action-oriented with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language such as Spanish or Arabic is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with wholesale and supply chain teams.
A minimum of three years in luxury retail is required, showcasing a proven track record in delivering high-end customer service and achieving sales targets.
The position offers an hourly salary ranging from USD $23.00 to $25.00, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
