- Represent the brand to customers, contributing to achieving both quantitative and qualitative store objectives.
- Induce customer purchases, foster satisfaction and loyalty, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform daily sales work and client servicing in accordance with company standards.
- Complete sales transactions, adapting products to meet customer needs and achieving established sales goals.
- Provide pre- and post-sale assistance to customers, enhancing the brand's image and driving sales.
- Ensure after-sales service aligns with company standards to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with managerial support.
- Follow up with customers to build relationships and pave the way for future sales.
- Manage customer portfolios through the Client Book and CRM actions.
- Maintain merchandise, store displays, and overall store appearance according to company guidelines.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and stay up-to-date on the entire product collection.
- Assist the Store Manager in various store operations activities, including reporting and inventory management.
- Support projects and perform ad hoc duties such as stocktaking and store operations review.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fashion and luxury trends.
- Ability to adapt and customize sales approaches to meet customer needs.
- Familiarity with luxury CRM and customer management practices is a plus.
