- Optimize the qualitative and quantitative performance of all product categories, including Footwear, Leather Goods, and Ready-to-Wear.
- Oversee cross-functional activity reporting and KPI tracking on a weekly and monthly basis to guide product category management and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure the integrity of product performance data.
- Define Open to Buys (seasonal purchase budgets) in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Market departments, reflecting the Maison's strategic orientations by region and product category.
- Support Buying Sessions and regional reviews to validate purchase alignment with OTB.
- Contribute to the development of the department's 3-year plan and budgeting process in collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising.
- Build the Best Estimate to maintain balance across product categories, types (permanent, seasonal, recurring), and regions.
- Propose sales policy and manage product lifecycle strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize product category performance, including clustering and space monitoring in collaboration with architecture and VM teams, and CRM collaboration.
- Develop and maintain Power BI tools for the team.
- Foster privileged relationships with Berluti headquarters and global colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Merchandising.
- Sensitivity to the world of men's fashion.
- Understanding of financial and supply chain logic.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and agility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and Power BI is ideal.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role or in a position with a strong analytical focus in Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Merchandising.
Bachelor's degree +5 (Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent)
