Berluti Business Planner

- Monitor and optimize the qualitative and quantitative performance of all product categories, including footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear.
- Oversee weekly and monthly reporting and KPIs, providing strategic recommendations for product category management.
- Ensure the integrity of product performance data.
- Define Open to Buys (seasonal purchase budgets) in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Market departments, reflecting the Maison's strategic directions by zone and product category.
- Support Buying Sessions and regional reviews to validate purchase alignment with OTB.
- Contribute to the development of a three-year departmental plan and budgetary process in collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising.
- Construct and maintain the Best Estimate, ensuring balance across product categories and regions.
- Propose strategies for sales policy and product lifecycle management.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize product category performance, including clustering and space monitoring.
- Develop and maintain Power BI tools for the team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Berluti headquarters and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in a highly analytical position in Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Merchandising
- Fluent in English
- Strong financial and supply chain acumen

- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred proficiency in Anaplan and Power BI
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
