Berluti Business Analyst & Client Data Intern

- Prepare monthly CRM performance reports for various markets.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies focused on client, retail, or product for the Client Department.
- Monitor the quality of the client database.
- Analyze and report on client event-related activities.
- Coordinate CRM event planning with markets.
- Participate in the development and updating of event, gift, and client experience tracking.
- Develop privileged contacts with internal stakeholders such as IT, Marketing, Communication, and CRM teams across markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
- Strong affinity for the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of autonomy.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- CRM systems proficiency.
- Event coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for recent graduates or those with limited professional exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
