- Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the store business, cultivating strategic knowledge and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Optimize sales and meet or exceed store objectives by monitoring KPIs.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories, leveraging visual merchandising, training, CRM, and events.
- Collaborate with EMEA headquarters and the Store Manager to identify key opportunities and best practices.
- Promote customer loyalty to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support the Store Manager in business development.
- Be a product expert and understand sector trends.
- Promote the spirit of the Maison through effective team communication.
- Create a supportive and inclusive working environment, empowering the team.
- Ensure team development and training, sharing development plans with the Store Manager and HR.
- Monitor and manage performance, setting challenging objectives.
- Network with teams to share best practices.

- Ensure operational procedures are implemented and propose improvements.
- Control inventory losses and support audits.
- Ensure synergy between sales teams and back office.
- Maintain the store's image and product care in line with Maison guidelines.

- Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Extensive sales experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector.
