1. Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the store business, cultivating strategic knowledge and building relationships with stakeholders.
2. Optimize sales and meet or exceed store objectives by monitoring KPIs.
3. Maximize the potential of all product categories, leveraging visual merchandising, training, CRM, and events.
4. Collaborate with EMEA headquarters and the Store Manager to identify key opportunities and best practices.
5. Promote customer loyalty to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and support the Store Manager in business development.
7. Be a product expert and understand sector trends.
8. Promote the spirit of the Maison through effective team communication.
9. Create a supportive and inclusive working environment, empowering the team.
10. Ensure team development and training, sharing development plans with the Store Manager and HR.
11. Monitor and manage performance, setting challenging objectives.
12. Network with teams to share best practices.
13. Communicate and embody the strategic vision and Maison values.
14. Ensure operational procedures are implemented and propose improvements.
15. Control inventory losses and support audits.
16. Ensure synergy between sales teams and back office.
17. Maintain the store's image and product care in line with Maison guidelines.
