1. Monitor daily receipt of fabrics and accessories, recording pertinent details such as date and references.
2. Support the progression of ready-to-wear collections, including organizing and dispatching dyes, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers for technical sheets, pricing, and deadlines.
3. Participate in material and component research and contribute to the department's CSR strategy by gathering information and ensuring raw material traceability.
4. Assist with press order purchases and shipments.
5. Develop collection documents and sales support tools such as training books and brochures.
6. Contribute to the archiving of materials and components.
7. Foster relationships with internal teams (e.g., Design Studio, Supply Chain) and external partners (e.g., manufacturers, suppliers).

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school, textile engineering program, or equivalent university course.
2. Proficient knowledge of materials.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. A keen interest in the luxury and fashion sectors.
6. A minimum of six months of prior experience is required.
